VISION AND OBJECTIVE
The vision of the organization is to develop the area economically and socially in a sustained way. This means that the resources available must be harnessed to achieve the goal of economic development and poverty reduction but the rights of the future generation to access these resources must not be compromised. This approach of sustainable development can only be achieved when communities have a strong institutional base to undertake activities for inclusive development, poverty reduction and gender mainstreaming.
The objective of BLSO is to provide the communities with the opportunities to improve their living standards through increased incomes livelihoods options. This development will be pro poor and gender sensitive. This objective will be achieved through community managed development approach both in economic, social, environment and cultural sector.
